Assistant Principal

Mr. Justin Bruyer is serving as the Assistant Principal at Rosewood High School. Mr. Bruyer joined RHS in July of 2017. Prior to Rosewood, Mr. Bruyer was the Assistant Principal at Greenwood Middle School for 2 years. As a 7th grade math teacher in Wilson County, Mr. Bruyer focused on high expectations and fostering effective learning opportunities. It was that passion for teaching and learning that led Mr. Bruyer to be a North Carolina Principal Fellow, where he completed his Masters in School Administration at East Carolina University while completing a full time administrative internship at Beddingfield High School in Wilson.

Since joining Wayne County Public Schools, Mr. Bruyer has held on to his high standards of learning and has expanded his focus to family and community involvement, support for military-connected students, and a strong support for the arts. Mr. Bruyer serves as the Master of Ceremonies for the annual WCPS Talent Show, Choral and Band Festivals, and yearly All-County Chorus and Band Concerts.

We are very happy to welcome Mr. Justin Bruyer to "the Nest!" Go Eagles!
